Paolo Pacione is the current Coordinator of Performance Club America (Mexico).

He also worked as Fitness Coach / Performance Manager for:

  • Miami FC (MLS) (2015-2016)
  • Montreal Impact (2012-2015)

Pacione has developed a number of partnerships with different industry leaders and companies among which Desmotec who appointed him as a member of its Academy. He was also a member of the Technology Committee for Major League Soccer.

Pacione has had a long and successful career in soccer, working as a fitness coach at every level in the game for over 15 years,

  • Fitness Coach for Canadian Soccer Association (2007-2012). During that time he worked with several teams in the Canadian Soccer League and Various youth clubs in the Greater Toronto Area. His work with the National Training Centre Ontario led him to become the physical preparation coach with the Women’s U17 Canadian National Team that took part in the 2008 (Bronze Medal) and 2010 (Gold Medal) CONCAF Championships, while qualifying for the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cups in 2008 and 2010. He went on to work with the Canadian Soccer Association for several of its other teams, including the Men’s U18 and U20 teams, and finally Men’s Senior and Olympic teams in 2012.

  • Physical Preparation Consultant for Canadian Sport Institute Ontario (2007-2009)

He also received the Fitness Trainers Award from the Football Association, in England, in 2009.
