A small group training overhead presses on V.MINI devices mounted along a gym wall

Flywheel training for gyms.

Desmotec devices add strength training without plates or weight stacks. The resistance follows each person’s effort, so the same device works for a member on their first session and for an experienced lifter.

What Desmotec brings to a gym floor.

One device for every member

There is no weight to choose. Each person meets a resistance equal to the effort they put in, and you change how the load feels by changing the disc. Nothing to load or unload between users.

Fits the space you have

V.MINI mounts on a squat rack, wall bars or a post, and comes off again. The D.LINE platforms stand on the floor; the upright V.LINE stations need only their own footprint.

Built for small groups

Several V.MINI along one wall turn a corner of the gym into a small-group station, with the coach watching every member at once.

  • Numbers members can see

With electronics, every repetition shows force, power and speed on the tablet or phone, so members and trainers can compare one session with the last.

What to expect when you start.

  1. 01

    A short learning curve

Timing the brake takes practice. Most people need two or three sessions before the movement feels natural, so start with a light disc and moderate effort.

  2. 02

    Some soreness at first

Eccentric work is new for most muscles. Some soreness after the first sessions is common; build volume up over the first weeks.

  3. 03

    Help with setup

We advise on mounting and space before you order, and the Desmotec Academy can train your staff on the devices.
